In this article, we’ll show you how to insert an image into your email signature in Gmail on a computer.
Steps

1Download or save your photo. Before you start, make sure the photo you’re using is downloaded on your laptop. You may need to import one from your camera or phone.
- When you’re downloading the photo, give the file a recognizable name so you can easily find it later.

2Click the gear icon in Gmail. From the homepage of your Gmail account, you'll find this icon towards the top right corner of your screen.Advertisement

3Click “See all settings.” From the settings menu that appears, select "See all settings"

4Scroll down to “Signature.” On the Settings page under the General tab, scroll down until you find “Signature.” There, you’ll find your existing signature in a text box where you can edit it.

5Click the square picture icon to insert an image. You’ll have the option to select a photo from Google Drive or upload it from your device.
