Steps

    Open Twitter on your Android. It’s the blue icon with a white bird inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

    Tap the New Tweet icon. It’s the blue circle with a feather at the bottom-right corner of Twitter.

    Type your tweet. To start typing, tap the “What’s happening?” box to spring open the keyboard.

    Tap the gallery icon. It’s the icon with mountains and a sun at the bottom-left corner of the tweet. This opens your Android’s gallery.

    Tap the video you want to tweet. This opens the video in an editor.

    Crop the video to the desired length (optional). Drag the left slider to the place where you want the video to begin, and the right slider to the place where the video should end. When you’re finished, tap Done.

    Tap Tweet. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen. This uploads the video and sends the tweet.
