This wikiHow teaches you how to share a video from the Android YouTube app to your Twitter feed.

Steps

  1. 1
Open YouTube. It’s the red icon with a white triangle inside. You’ll typically find it in the app drawer, and possibly the home screen.
  2. 2
Tap a video to open it.
  3. 3
Tap Share. It’s the third button from the left below the video’s name. The button also displays a curved right-pointing arrow.
  4. 4
Tap Tweet. It’s one of the blue icons with a white bird inside. This opens a new tweet in the Twitter app.
    • The other blue icon with a white bird says “Direct Message” below. Don’t chose this option unless you want to send a link to the video as a direct message.
  5. 5
Type your tweet. A link to the video is already in the tweet, but you can type your own text if you wish. This is optional.
  6. 6
Tap Tweet. Now that you’ve tweeted this video, it will appear in your feed. Viewers can click or tap the video to start watching.
