How to Delete Call History on Viber on PC or Mac

This wikiHow teaches you how to delete a call log from a Viber conversation on your account, using a computer.

Steps

    Open Viber on your computer. The Viber icon looks like a purple speech bubble with a white phone icon in it. You can find it in your Applications folder on a Mac, or on the Start menu on Windows.

    Click the speech bubble icon on the top-left. This button is located in the upper-left corner of the app window. It will open a list of all your personal and group chat conversations on the left panel.

    Click a conversation on the left panel. Find the chat you want to edit on your Conversations list and click it. This will open the selected chat conversation on the right-hand side.

    Scroll up and find the call log you want to delete. All incoming and outgoing calls with your contact are listed in this chat conversation.

    Right-click the call you want to delete. Every call between you and your contact is listed in a dedicated gray box in the conversation. Right-clicking a call log will open your options on a drop-down menu.

    Select Delete for myself on the right-click menu. This will delete the selected call log. The gray box with your call's length and time information will disappear from the conversation.
    • Deleted call logs will still show up on your contact's account. You can only delete a call log from your own phone or computer.
