1Go to https://www.dropbox.com in a web browser. If you aren’t already signed in to your account, enter your login information to do so now.

2Click your profile photo. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen. If you don’t have a profile photo, the default image is a smiley face.Advertisement

3Click Settings.

4Click Edit next to your current email address. It’s under the “Basics” header. A pop-up window will appear.

5Type your new email address. You’ll have to type it into the top two boxes to confirm.

6Type your password. This goes into the third box.

7Click Update email. Dropbox will send a message to your email address. To complete the update, you’ll have to open that message and click the link inside.

8Open the email message from Dropbox. You’ll find in the app or on the website you use to access email.
