While playing Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, you'll encounter many legendary Pokémon that you can capture. Among them is Giratina, which you can learn how to capture here.
Steps

1Get the Eon Flute. You get the Eon Flute after completing the Primal Groudon/Kyogre storyline at Sootopolis City.

3Catch Palkia in Omega Ruby or Dialga in Alpha Sapphire, depending on which version of the game you have.

4Trade for the other legendary that is not available in your version - Dialga in Omega Ruby and Palkia in Alpha Sapphire. If you have a working internet connection, the easiest way to do this is through using the GTS. Otherwise, you'll want to ask a friend or family member who owns the other version to trade with you.

5Place both Dialga and Palkia into your party.

6Use the Eon Flute to summon Latios/Latias and soar into the sky.

7Near Dewford City, look for a tear in the sky. Interact with the tear to encounter Giratina.
