Throughout Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, you'll be able to find and capture a number of legendary Pokémon. They include Dialga and Palkia, and you'll learn how to capture them in this article.

    Get the Eon Flute. You get the Eon Flute after completing the Primal Groudon/Kyogre storyline at Sootopolis City.

    Capture Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf.

    Place Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf into your party. This is required for Dialga/Palkia to appear.

    Use the Eon Flute to summon Latios/Latias and soar into the sky.

    Near Dewford City, look for a tear in the sky. Interact with the tear to encounter Palkia in Omega Ruby and Dialga in Alpha Sapphire.
