Steps

Open Telegram. It's the blue app with a white paper airplane in the middle.

Tap a conversation.

Tap the paperclip icon. This is the add attachment button

Tap the camera icon. It's in the top-left of the pop-up menu.

Take a photo. You can tap the white circle at the bottom of the screen to snap a picture.
- Tap the camera icon with the rotating arrows to switch from the back camera to the front-facing camera.

Tap the paintbrush icon. It's at the bottom of the picture.

Tap the masks icon. It's the square icon with the smiley face at the bottom-center of the screen.

Select a mask. Telegram will place the mask automatically.

Tap and drag a mask to adjust the position.

Tap and drag the blue dot to adjust size and rotation.
