Steps

1Open Instagram. It’s the purple, red, and orange camera icon typically found on your home screen. If you don't see it there, tap the Apps icon (usually 6 to 9 squares inside of a circle) to find it in the app drawer.
- If you haven’t yet signed in to Instagram, do so now.

2Tap the profile icon. It’s the gray silhouette of a head and shoulders at the bottom-right corner of the screen.Advertisement

3Tap ⁝. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen.

4Scroll down and tap Linked Accounts. It’s under the “Settings” header.

5Tap the check mark next to Facebook. A pop-up will appear.

6Tap Not Now.

7Tap Unlink. A confirmation window will appear.
