This wikiHow teaches you how to turn off the Android notifications for new activity in the YouTube Music app.
Steps

1Open YouTube Music on your phone or tablet. It’s the red circle with a white triangle inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

2Tap your profile picture. It’s at the top-right corner of the app.

3Tap Settings. It’s the option with a gear icon.

4Tap Privacy & location. It's near the middle of the menu.

5Slide the "Pause activity-based recommendations" switch to On . As long as this switch is on, you will not be recommended music or videos based on what you've liked or listened to in YouTube Music.
- You may have to scroll down to find this option.
- If you still want activity-based recommendations but don't want to be notified when those recommendations are updated, tap the back button to return to Settings, then slide the "Recommendation notifications" switch to the Off (gray) position instead.
