How to Track an Order with Fashion Nova App on Android

Steps

    Open your mobile internet browser. You can use any browser like Chrome, Firefox or Opera.

    Go to the Fashion Nova website. Type www.fashionnova.com into the address bar, and hit the Go button on your keyboard.
    • Fashion Nova's Android app doesn't allow you to sign in and view your orders. You will have to sign in via the website in your mobile browser.

    Tap the ☰ button on the top-left. This will open a menu panel on the left-hand side of your screen.

    Tap MY ACCOUNT on the menu. You can find it below HOME at the top of the menu. It will open the sign-in form.

    Sign in to your account. Enter your email address and password, and tap SIGN IN at the bottom. This will open your MY ACCOUNT page.

    Tap MY ORDERS under the MY ACCOUNT heading. This will take you to the list of your recent orders.

    Tap the order number next to an order. You can find it next to the order date. This will display your order details, including a tracking number.
    • If the order hasn't shipped yet, your order status will indicate ″STATUS: ORDERED.″ You'll see your tracking number here when it's available.

    Tap the order's tracking number. This will display your order's current location, history, and estimated delivery date.
