Open your iPhone's settings. This is the grey gear icon on one of your Home screens (or a folder named "Utilities").

Scroll to the third group of apps and tap Siri.

Slide the Venmo button right to the "On" position. It should turn green, signifying that Siri and Venmo are now synchronized.

Although Siri lets you say "Yes" to send your Venmo transaction through, you should visually confirm your transaction details before doing so.
