How to Share a Trello Board on PC or Mac

This wikiHow teaches you how to share a Trello board with someone else when you’re using a computer.

Steps

    Go to https://www.trello.com in a web browser. You can access Trello using any Windows or macOS web browser.

    Log in to your account. Use your Trello login details or click Log in with Google to use your Google account.

    Click the board you want to share.

    Click Show Menu. It’s at the top-right corner of the page. This shows additional menu options as well as recent activities.

    Click Invite. It’s near the top of the menu.

    Enter the email address of someone you want to share with.

    Click Send. This sends the board’s direct URL to the address you entered. The person can then click the link to sign in and access the board.
