How to Send Videos on Groupme on PC or Mac

This wikiHow teaches you how to share videos in a GroupMe chat when you're using a computer.

Steps

Go to https://web.groupme.com in a web browser. If you’re not already signed in to GroupMe, type your login information and click Log in now.

Click the group in which you want to share a video. Group conversations are listed along the left side of GroupMe.

Click +. It’s at the bottom-right corner of GroupMe. A menu will appear.

Click Media search. This opens the media search panel to the GIFs page.

Click the Videos tab. It’s at the top-right corner of the GIF list.

Type a search term. This is a keyword that describes the video you want to share. A list of videos that match your search will appear.

Click a video in the search results. A preview will appear.
- To watch the preview, click the play button. It’s the arrow in a square at the center of the video.
- If you don’t want to share this video, click Cancel at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Click Post. It’s at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The video will now appear in the GroupMe conversation.
