The eharmony online dating service connects users with each other for potential relationships. However, eharmony discourages users from updating the answers that they originally provided in their relationship questionnaires, so it can be difficult or impossible to change the information associated with your profile. This wikiHow shows you how to request a reset of your eharmony questionnaire or create a new one in the event that eharmony declines your request.

Open a web browser and go to eharmony's help site.

Tap on Chat Now. This opens a chat window that allows you to exchange messages in real time with a customer service representative.
- You can also contact a customer service representative by changing to the Desktop view of the site and tapping Click Here next to the Email heading, or by phone at 1-844-544-3173.

Explain your relevant life changes since originally filling out the questionnaire.
- eharmony generally only allows users to retake the questionnaire in cases where major life changes have occurred since the user first took the questionnaire. The company does not publicly detail its criteria, but examples might include career moves, marriages and divorces, religious conversion, or relocation.

Request that eharmony allow you to retake the questionnaire. The decision on whether you'll be able to do so rests with the site's customer service.^{[1]

Creating a New eHarmony Profile on Android

Download the eharmony app from the Play Store.
- Tap the Apps icon, tap the Play Store icon, type "eharmony" in the search field at the top of the screen, select eharmony from the search results, and tap Install on the app's page.
- If you've already downloaded and used the app with a previous eharmony profile, delete the app and re-download it to clear your existing data. To delete the eHarmony app, tap the Apps icon, tap the Play Store app, tap the Settings menu, tap on My apps & games, tap the eharmony app, and tap Uninstall.

Tap the eharmony app to launch it. The app's icon looks like a multicolored heart on a white background.

Tap Start for Free. This option appears at the bottom of the page.

Tap Sign up with email. This option appears at the bottom of the screen.
- You can also tap Continue with Facebook if you want to allow eharmony to pull information from your Facebook profile. This option won't work if you already have an eharmony account associated with your Facebook profile, though.

Enter your basic information. Tap the text field at the top to enter your first name, tap the associated radio buttons to tell eharmony your gender and orientation, and tap the text field at the bottom to enter your ZIP code.

Tap Let's Go at the bottom of the screen. This brings you to a page on which you can create a password.

Tap the text fields to enter your email address and password. Make sure you're using an email address you haven't previously associated with eharmony.

Tap Find My Matches. This option appears at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Yes!. This option appears at the bottom of the screen.
- This begins the process of filling out an eharmony profile again. Follow the prompts to create your new profile. After you enter basic information about your background and interests, eharmony prompts you to complete the compatibility questionnaire again.
