Steps

    Open your Google Drive. It’s the blue, green, and yellow triangle labeled “Drive” in the app drawer. You may also find it on your home screen.
    • If you were not the owner of the deleted file, you will be unable to restore it.

    Tap . It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. 3
    Tap Trash. This opens a list of deleted files.
    • Deleted files remain in this folder until you clear the trash.

    Tap next to the file you want to restore. A pop-up menu will appear.

    Tap Restore. The file is now moved back to its original location in your Google Drive.
