1Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the compass icon that’s usually at the bottom of the home screen.

2Navigate to the website you want to quote. You’ll be able to quote text from nearly any website.Advertisement

3Tap and hold the first word in the quote. The selected word now has two “handles” (blue lines with dots at their bottoms) on either end.

4Drag the handles to highlight the entire quote. Drag the first handle upward or to the left, and the bottom downward or toward the right.

5Tap Copy. It’s in the black pop-up menu that appeared.

7Tap Facebook. This brings you to a screen that allows you to create a new Facebook post.

8Type a " (quotation mark) into the new post.

9Tap and hold the space after the ". A list of options will appear.

10Tap Paste. The copied quote now appears in the post.
