Quoting from a Website

    Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the compass icon that’s usually at the bottom of the home screen.

    Navigate to the website you want to quote. You’ll be able to quote text from nearly any website.

    Tap and hold the first word in the quote. The selected word now has two “handles” (blue lines with dots at their bottoms) on either end.

    Drag the handles to highlight the entire quote. Drag the first handle upward or to the left, and the bottom downward or toward the right.

    Tap Copy. It’s in the black pop-up menu that appeared.

    Tap Facebook. This brings you to a screen that allows you to create a new Facebook post.

    Type a " (quotation mark) into the new post.

    Open your ebook reader. You can quote text from most readers, including Amazon’s Kindle app (referenced in this method). The steps should be similar in other readers.
