This wikiHow teaches you how to purchase movies on YouTube using your iDevice (iPhone/iPad).

Steps

Tap to open the YouTube app.
- If you don't have the YouTube app, tap the
  icon. This will open the App Store.
- Tap the
  icon. This will open the Search window in the App Store.
- Type ‘YouTube’ in the search bar.
- Tap to download the YouTube app. It’s a white icon with a red play button in it.
- Close the App Store.

Tap the
icon. It is located in the top right corner of the YouTube app, next to your profile picture. This will open a search window.

Type the title of the movie you want to purchase.

Tap Search. The top result always includes purchase options if they are available.

Tap the blue button with the movie price. This will open the purchasing options Prices will vary depending on the movie you’re buying.

Tap the blue Buy Movie button.
- There might be different formats available at different prices. For example, an Ultra-High Definition version might be more expensive than a Standard Definition version.
- You can also choose to rent the movie if you don't want to buy it just yet.

Pay using your Apple Store information. You can use FaceID (if you have it set up), or just type in your Apple Store password.
