This wikiHow teaches you how to select a file and move it into a different folder on Dropbox, using Android.
Steps

1Open the Dropbox app on your Android. The Dropbox icon looks like white box in a blue square on your Apps menu.

2Tap the ☰ icon on the top-left. This will open your menu panel on the left-hand side.

3Tap Files on the menu panel. This will open a list of all your saved files and folders.

4Tap the ⋮ icon next to the file you want to move. Your options will pop up on a new menu.
- If you want to move multiple files at once, tap and hold the first file. When you see a grey checkmark next to the file, you can tap other files to select.

5Tap Move on the menu. This will list all your available folders on a new page.

6Select a folder to move your file. Tapping a folder's name on the list will open its contents.

7Tap the blue Move button. It is located in the lower-right corner of your screen. This will move your file into the selected folder.
