A strawberry cheesecake martini made with strawberry vodka, vanilla vodka and heavy cream is the perfect way to cap off a summer meal or to satisfy a dessert craving.
Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 1/2 oz. (12 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 graham cracker sheet, crushed into fine crumbs
- 3 fresh strawberries, pureéd
- 2 oz. (60 ml) strawberry vodka
- 2 oz. (60 ml) vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. (30 ml) heavy cream
- Ice
- 1 whole fresh strawberry
Steps

1Place some cream cheese on the end of your finger and rub it around the rim of a martini glass.

2Place the graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish.

3Dip the rim of the martini glass that you have just covered in cream cheese into the crushed graham cracker and make sure to coat the rim evenly.

4Gently place the glass in the freezer and allow it to chill while.

5Pour the strawberry puree and the vodkas into a martini shaker, along with the heavy cream.

6Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice and seal it with its lid.Shake the drink until condensation forms on the exterior of the shaker.

7Remove the martini glass from the freezer and strain the drink into the glass.

8Garnish the drink by spearing the fresh strawberry with a martini pick and placing the pick across the rim of the martini glass.
