This wikiHow teaches you how to connect an email account to your iPhone's Reminders app, so you'll be reminded about tasks from your email account, like responding to a message.
Steps

1Open your iPhone's Settings. It's a gray icon that contains a gear and is located on your home screen.

2Scroll down and tap Reminders. It’s in the fifth section.

3Tap Accounts. It’s the first option in the menu.

4Tap Add Account. It’s at the bottom of the first section.

5Select the account type. Several options are listed, including "Yahoo!" and Outlook.
- Tap "Other" to enter the information for a different type of account.

6Enter your email address and password. Use the credentials for the type of account you're logging into.
- Follow additional onscreen prompts, like those asking your permission for Reminders to access the email account you want to link.

7Slide the button next to "Reminders" to the On position. It will turn green.

8Tap Save. It's in the upper right corner of the screen. Now you can add tasks to the Reminders app from your email account, reminding yourself to do things like respond to an email.
