Using iCloud

    Tap your Apple ID. It’s your name at the top of the screen.

    Go to https://www.icloud.com on your Windows PC. You can use any browser you wish.

    Log in with the same Apple ID you use on your iPhone.

    Click Notes. It’s the same yellow and white notebook icon you have on your iPhone.

    Click a note to view it. As long as the note has synced to iCloud, it should be available for viewing immediately.

Using Google Drive

    Open Notes on your iPhone. It’s the yellow and white notebook icon typically found on the home screen.

    Tap the note.

    Tap the Sharing icon. It’s the yellow sheet of paper with an up-arrow. A list of sharing options will appear at the bottom of the screen.

    Swipe across the bottom row of icons and tap Save to Files. It’s the gray folder icon.

    Tap Drive. It’s the green, yellow, and blue triangle icon.
    • If you have Dropbox linked, you can use that instead.

    Select a folder on your Drive. This is where you’ll be saving the note.

    Tap Add. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen. This saves the note to the selected folder as a .txt (text) file.

    Go to https://drive.google.com on the Windows PC. You can use any web browser on your PC to access your Google Drive.

    Open the folder to which you saved the note.

    Right-click the note. A menu will appear.

    Click Download. Your web browser’s download window will appear.

    Select a saving location and click OK. This saves the note to your computer. You can now double-click the note and it will open in your regular text editor.
