Steps

    Go to https://www.facebook.com in a web browser. If you’re not already signed in, enter your login details to sign in now.

    Click the down-arrow. It’s at the top-right corner of Facebook. A menu will expand.

    Click Timeline and Tagging. It’s in the left column.

    Select Only me from the drop-down menu. Now that you’ve adjusted these settings, you’ll be the only person who can see the photos and posts you’re tagged in on your timeline.
