    Open Google Maps on your Android. It’s a map icon typically located in the app drawer.

    Tap and hold the starting location on the map. This marks the location with a red pushpin icon.

    Tap MORE INFO. It’s at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

    Tap Measure distance. This creates a crosshairs icon on the map.

    Drag the map to the ending location. As you drag the map, the crosshairs will move as well.

    Tap Add point. It’s at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The distance between the two points now appears at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
