Kawaii, which means cute in Japanese is a form of cute doodling. This wikiHow will teach you how to draw a Kawaii watermelon!
Steps
Method 1
Method 1 of 2:Drawing the Base
Method 1
-
1Draw a triangle. In the middle of your sheet/space, draw a soft-edged vertical triangle. Make it slightly curved for the finish to be soft.
-
2Draw the rind. At the bottom of your curved triangle, draw a line above it. This will be the watermelon's rind (the green, non-edible part of a watermelon).
-
3Draw the white-rind. If observed carefully, you might notice a white line above the green-rind of a watermelon. To draw this, you must draw a thin, curved line a little above the rind.
Method 2
Method 2 of 2:Drawing the Face
Method 2
-
1Draw two circles. The eyes should be two circles, kept about one centimeter apart from each other. Draw these circles around the bottom of your rind.
-
2Fill in the circles. Typical kawaii eyes have two white highlights. Draw two small circles, one a bit larger than the other. Fill in the rest of the space left in the eyes with black.
-
3Draw a mouth. You can draw the mouth however you like. It can be two curves, or just a horizontal "D".
-
4Draw seeds. Draw small teardrops around the base (away from the eyes) for the watermelon's seeds.
-
5Color the watermelon. Color and design the kawaii watermelon to suit your preferences.
