This wikiHow teaches you how to save Periscope videos to your Android using a free app called Scopedown.

2Open Periscope. It's the blue icon with a white and red pushpin inside. You'll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

3Tap the video you want to download. You can only download videos that have already been recorded, so don't select one that's tagged “Live.”

5Tap Share Broadcast. It's the third option in the menu.

6Tap Copy URL. The URL to the video is now saved to your Android's clipboard.

7Open the Scopedown app on your Android. It's the black icon with a black and white pushpin inside. You'll find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

8Paste the URL into the box. To do this, tap and hold the typing area and tap PASTE. Two additional options will appear beneath the URL.
