With a few clicks, you can create your own run command in a Windows OS. This feature is good for quickly launching a program or a folder.

Steps

    Right click on the file or folder that you want to create the command for and click create shortcut.

    Press the windows key and the 'R' key on your keyboard simultaneously.

    Enter the following in the run window: "C:\Windows"

    Drag your shortcut into the Windows folder, that you just opened. If asked for admin rights, click continue.

    Use it. Now you can press the Windows key and the 'R' key on your keyboard at any time and enter the name of the shortcut you created, and the file or folder should open.
