2Select "Time in Language".

3Select "Language" in the left pane.

4Select "Add a language". It'll be near the bottom of the page.

5Select the language that you want from the list. There are a lot of supported languages, so you can use the search bar at the top to search for the language that you want.

6Click Next.

7Select which options you want. There are multiple different packs for the languages. Make sure to check the box that says, "Set as my Windows display language".
- If you're going to set a language as your display language, then you might as well download all the optional features. Then, click Install

8Restart your computer. The display language will be noticeable after a restart.
