This wikiHow teaches you how to update your profile photo in Slack using an iPhone or iPad.
Steps

1Open Slack on your iPhone or iPad. It’s an icon with multicolored squares and an “S” inside. You’ll usually see it on the home screen.

2Tap ⁝. It’s at the top-right corner of Slack.Advertisement

3Tap Edit Profile. It’s near the bottom of the menu.

4Tap the camera icon. It’s on your current profile pic near the top of the screen. Two options will appear at the bottom.

5Select Photo Library or Take Photo.
- Photo Library opens your phone or tablet’s gallery. Tap the photo you want to use and then tap Choose to select it.
- Take Photo opens your camera. Snap a photo, then tap Use Photo.

6Crop the photo. Whether you took a new photo or uploaded one from your iPhone or iPad, you’ll have to do some cropping. Once you’ve aligned the part of the photo you wish to use within the guides, tap Choose to add it to your profile.

7Tap Save. It’s at the top-right corner of your profile. Your photo is now up-to-date.Advertisement
