This wikiHow teaches you how to edit your home address in Google Maps when you’re using a computer.

Steps

    Go to https://maps.google.com in a web browser. If you’re not already signed in to your Google account, click Sign in at the top-right corner of the screen to do so now.

    Type home into the search bar. It’s at the top-left corner of Maps. A list of results will appear.

    Click EDIT. It’s the blue link next to your current home address.
  4. 4
    Type the new address. As you start typing, a list of matching results will appear.
  5. 5
    Click the address in the search results. The address now fills the box in the correct format.
  6. 6
    Click SAVE. It’s above the box where you typed the new address. Your home address is now updated.
