This wikiHow teaches you how to change the time on your Fitbit tracker on PC or Mac. Fitbit watches get their time from the network and updates automatically. While can't set a specific time, you can change the timezone associated with your account.

On PC

    Open the Fitbit app. It's the app that has a blue image with a number of dots in the shape of a diamond.
    • Log in to the Fitbit app with the email address and password associated with your Fitbit account if you haven't already done so.

    Click the account button. It's the button that resembles a card with a circle and some lines on it. It's in the upper-right corner of the app, next to the "⋯" button.

    Click Advanced Settings. It's toward the bottom of the menu, under the heading that says "Settings".

    Click Time Zone. It's about halfway down the "Advanced Settings" menu.

    Turn off auto. Click the switch across from "Auto" to turn off auto-detect for time zones.

    Select a new time zone. Use the pulldown menu to select a new time zone. Then click out of the time zone menu.

    Click your Fitbit tab. It's the second tab from the top of the "account" menu. It has an image of your Fitbit and the model.

    Double-Click Sync Now. It's in the "All-Day Sync" tab. Once your Fitbit has synced, it will update to the new time zone.

    Go to https://www.fitbit.com in a web browser. Using your preferred web browser, go to the official Fitbit website.

    Log in to your Fitbit account. Click "Log In" in the upper-right corner. Then type the email address and password associated with your Fitbit account and click "Log In".
