This wikiHow teaches you how to cancel your Deezer subscription on Android. You can cancel your premium subscription to Deezer in the Settings menu. After you cancel your subscription, you subscription plan will end after the current billing period. After you subscription plan ends, you will be moved to Deezer's free services.

    Open the Deezer app. It's the app that has an image with a black background that says Deezer in white letters, with colored bars above the text.

    Tap the My Music tab. It's the second icon at the top of the app. It has an icon that resembles a person.

    Tap Manage my account. It's the first option in the Settings menu. This opens the "My account" page.

    Tap Manage my subscription. It's towards the bottom of the "My account" page, under the header that says "My Subscription Plan" header. This displays your subscription details and payment method.

    Tap Cancel subscription. It's at the bottom of the first box at the top that has a label that says "My Subscription Plan".

    Select a reason you are cancelling. After you tap the "Cancel subscription", it displays a list of reasons for cancelling. Tap the radial button next to the reason you want to cancel.
    • If the reason you want to cancel isn't listed, tap Other reasons at the bottom and then write the reason you want to leave in the box below.

    Tap Confirm. It's the blue button below the list of reasons for why you want to cancel. This displays a confirmation message.

    Tap Close. The confirmation message informs you that your automatic subscription renewal has been cancelled and gives a date for when your subscription will end. Tap Close to close the confirmation message. You will be able to continue to use your subscription until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.
