Steps

    Open your iPhone's Settings. This is the grey gear on the Home Screen.

    Tap Maps. It's in the fifth group of options on this page.

    Tap Driving & Navigation. You'll find this in the middle of the page.

    Slide the Tolls switch right to the "On" position. It will turn green. Your Maps app will no longer direct you along routes with tolls unless there are no other options.
