Steps

1Swipe down from the top of your screen. This will open the Quick Settings panel.

2Swipe down again to expand the menu. Instead of just seeing a row of four icons, you'll also see their labels as well as additional rows.

3Tap on the word Flashlight. If you tap on the icon, your flashlight will turn on.

4Drag the slider under "Brightness" to adjust the intensity of the light. You can adjust the light from 1, a pretty dim flashlight, to 5, an extremely bright light.
