Steps

1Go to YouTube. Open www.youtube.com in your browser and sign in with your username and password if you're not already signed in.

2Search for a video. Type your search terms in the top bar and submit it either by hitting ↵ Enter or clicking the search button.Advertisement

3Click on the "Show more" three-dotted menu ⋮ to the right of a video listing. Move your cursor to the right of a video search result and click on the ⋮ icon.

4Click Add to playlist (new design only).

5Select one or more playlists to add your video to. Check one or more boxes and the video will be added to the chosen playlists.
