Creating a New Google Account

    Tap + Add account. It’s at the bottom of the list.

    Tap Google. The sign-in screen will appear.

    Tap Or create a new account. It’s a link near the center of the screen.

    Enter your first and last name and tap NEXT.

    Enter your birthdate and gender and tap NEXT.

    Enter your desired username and tap NEXT. This will be the first part of your new “@gmail.com” email address.

    Create a password and tap NEXT. Make sure you type the password the same both times so you can continue.

    Enter your phone number and tap NEXT. This is to ensure you’re able to reset your password if you ever lose it.

    Scroll through the privacy policy and tap I AGREE. You’ll have to scroll to the bottom of the policy to prove you’ve read it. Your new email address and hidden password will appear.

    Tap NEXT. The account is now added to your Galaxy.
