This wikiHow teaches you how to enter your own speaker notes for a slide in a PowerPoint slideshow, using Android. You can view your notes on your own screen during your presentation.
Steps

1Open PowerPoint on your Android. The PowerPoint app looks like a white icon on an orange background. You can find it on your Apps menu.

2Tap the file you want to edit. Find the slideshow file on your Recent list, and tap on its name to see all the slides.Advertisement

3Tap a slide in the presentation. Swipe up and down to browse all the slides, and tap the slide you want to edit.
- A white toolbar will pop up above or below the selected slide.

4Tap Edit on the pop-up toolbar. This will open the selected slide in editing mode.

5Tap the ⋮ icon on the top-right. This button will open a drop-down menu with extra editing options.

6Select Notes on the drop-down menu. This will open a small "Notes" window below your slide.

7Tap the text field in the Notes window. This area is labeled as "Tap to add notes" below the Notes heading at the bottom. You can enter your speaker notes here.

8Enter your speaker notes for the selected slide. Any notes you type here will be visible to only you on your own screen during the presentation. Your viewers will not be able to see your notes.

9Tap Done. This button is in the upper-right corner of the Notes window. It will save your speaker notes for the selected slide.Advertisement
