QuestionWhat if I don't know the password?
Community AnswerWhen you go to Settings > iTunes and App Store, click your email. Next, click iForgot and it will send an email or phone number confirmation to the owner's email address or phone number. You will receive a code. Type in the code and you can reset the password. If you have set 2-step verification and cannot do it, you will need to ask Apple Support.
