Access the pre-installed app Shortcuts.This is found on the home screen.
- Shortcuts is considered a productivity app created by Apple which can be re-downloaded in the App Store if deleted previously.

Tap the (+) icon. It's located at the top right corner of the screen.

Click Add Action.

Click on Scripting. It's shown on the menu with the gray and white logo.

Select Open App.

Choose what app is wanted to be customized based on preference.

Tap on Next once the app is selected.

Rename the app with where the Shortcut Name is shown on the screen.

Tap on Done once choosing preferred title of app.

Change app icon by locating the app on the screen.

Click the three little dots on the top right of the app name.

Click the three dots again. This reappears on the top right corner of the screen.

Tap Add to Home Screen.

Click on the default app. This appears under Home Screen Name And Icon.

Pick to Take Photo, Choose Photo, or Choose File.
