Is it always hard to find enough coal to make torches in Minecraft? Or you just can't see anything when night falls? Well then, this tutorial is for you! You can turn up your gamma with these easy steps.
Steps

1Click on the Start Button.

2In the search bar, search for ".minecraft", and click on the folder of the same name.Advertisement

3Review the list of files. Click on the one that says "options" (It should be a .txt type).

4Look at the multiple settings that you can change. Find the setting that says "gamma".

5Change the numbers next to gamma to be as high as you want. When you're done, save and exit the file and the folder.

6Open up Minecraft and start a new world. If you followed these steps correctly, whenever you go into a cave or somewhere generally dark, you won't need to bring any torches because you can see everything.Advertisement
