1Open Slack on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the icon containing multicolored squares and a black “S” inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen.

2Tap the Slack logo. It’s the rainbow hashtag at the top-left corner of the screen. This opens the menu.Advertisement

3Tap the channel you want to star. This opens the channel.

4Tap the down-arrow next to the channel’s name. It’s at the top of the screen.
