There are many reasons why you might want to view multiple peoples' screens at once on Zoom—maybe you need to compare different versions of a document or see multiple options of a design. This wikiHow teaches you how to see multiple screens on Zoom using Mac and Windows desktop apps. Before all participants can share their screen, however, the host of the Zoom Meeting must first enable the feature.

Steps

  1. 1
Open Zoom. This desktop client will be in the Start menu or Applications folder in Finder.
  2. 2
Host a Zoom meeting. When you launch Zoom, you can click New Meeting to host a new meeting.
  3. 3
  4. 4
Click Multiple participants can share simultaneously. By default, "Only one participant can share at a time" is selected, so you'll need to change this so multiple people can share their screen at the same time.
    • Zoom Rooms and participants using the mobile apps can only share their screen if no one else is sharing.[1]
    • To share your screen, click Share Screen in the menu at the bottom of your screen.
