Since Canva 2.0, collaborating with others has become easier and more time efficient. This wikiHow will teach you how to share your designs on Canva using a web browser.

Steps

  1. 1
Go to https://www.canva.com/ and log in. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free.
  2. 2
Hover your cursor over your design and click ••• . The three-dot menu icon appears in the top right corner of the design's thumbnail when you mouse over it and drops a menu when you click it.
  3. 3
Click Share. It's usually in the center of the menu next to an icon of two avatars.
    • If you don't want to send a direct email invite, you can click Get shareable link that you can paste anywhere (like your Facebook wall or in Skype).
  4. 4
Enter names (friends in Canva) or emails to those you want to share your design with. Press the Spacebar after an email to add more emails or names to the list.
    • You can also use the large text field to add a message if you'd like.
  5. 5
Click Send. The invite to see and edit your design will send to that email address.
    • The recipient just needs to click the link in their email to be able to edit the design in Canva.[1]
