This wikiHow teaches you how to share a zip file using the iPhone or iPad Files app.
Steps

1Open the Files app on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the blue folder icon labeled “Files.” You’ll usually find it on the home screen.

2Navigate to the folder or drive that contains the zip file. Tap any of the cloud drives under “Locations,” or scroll down and tap a folder.

3Tap and hold the zip file. A menu will appear at the top of the screen.

4Tap the right-arrow in the menu until you see “Share.”

5Tap Share. A list of apps to share with will appear.

6Select how to share the file. If you want to email the file, for example, tap Mail to create a message with the zip attached. You can also attach files to a new message in Messages.
