    Open Google Sheets on your Android. It’s the green icon with a white table inside. It’s labeled “Sheets,” and you’ll usually find it in the app drawer.

    Tap a file to open it. Alternatively, if you want to create a new spreadsheet, tap + and select New spreadsheet.

    Tap . It’s at the top-right corner of the screen.

    Tap Available offline. This adds a check mark to the empty box. The selected file is now saved to your Android.
