1Make sure you're signed into iCloud and iCloud Drive is synced. You need to be signed into the same iCloud account on both the iPhone and the Mac computer. To check:
- Open Settings.

- Make sure the iCloud Drive switch is on (green).

4Drag the voicemail to a Mac folder. The voicemail file is usually named something like "voicemail-12.m4a" or something similar. Drag the file to any of the folders in the sidebar of the Finder window. This will save it to your Mac's hard drive.
