1Upload the MP4 file to your computer. Connect the camera or storage device that contains the MP4 file to a USB port on your computer.

3Click on File. It's on the menu bar in the upper-left corner of the screen.

4Click on Add to Library. It's in the second section of the drop-down menu.

5Click on your camera or USB device. It should be listed on the left side of the dialog box under "Devices."

6Click on your MP4. Select the file you want to save to your iPhone.
- An MP4 file will typically have the file extension ".mp4" after its filename.

- If iTunes is not open or doesn't open automatically when you connect your device, open it.

3Click on the drop-down menu. It's in the upper-left corner of the screen, above the gray pane, and probably reads "Music."

4Click on Movies. It's near the top of the drop-down menu.

5Click on Home Videos. It's on top-left side of the screen under "Library."
- Videos, movies, and TV shows that are not purchased from the iTunes stores are categorized as "Home Videos" by iTunes.

6Click on your MP4 file. It will appear in the right pane of the window.
- You may need to scroll down to find your video.

7Drag your video to your iPhone. Drag the MP4 to your iPhone's icon on the left side of the window, under "Devices." Once the sync is finished, your MP4 file will be saved on your iPhone.
- Go to the Home Videos section of your TV app's Library to play the MP4 file on your iPhone.
