This wikiHow teaches you how to reset your Civic ID using the Civic mobile app for iPhone or Android.
Steps

1Open the Civic app. It's the green app with the white "C" and keyhole icon in the center.

2Unlock the Civic app. Scan your fingerprint or enter your passcode to unlock the app.

3Tap Contact Support. It's near the middle of the screen. This will open a prompt to create a new email directed to Civic's technical support.
- If you are prompted to first select an email app, choose the email app you normally use to compose emails on your phone.

4Explain that you need to reset your Civic ID. In the email's subject, you can write "Please reset my Civic ID" and explain why in the body of the email.

5Provide your full phone number (including the Country Code) and email address. This must be the phone number and email address used to create your Civic account.

6Send the email. You will receive an email confirmation that your support request was received and a Civic representative will contact you with further information.

7Wait for a reset confirmation. You should be notified once your Civic ID has been reset.
