Steps

1Open your iPhone's Contacts. The Contacts app should be on one of your Home screens.

2Select your name. Your "Card", which stores your phone number, address, and other information, should be at the top of the Contacts page.

3Tap Edit. It's in the top right corner of your screen.

4Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Delete Contact. You'll be prompted to confirm your decision.

5Tap Delete Contact again. Doing so will delete your personal contact information from your Contacts app. Your iPhone will no longer house your linked accounts, usernames, or family data, which will prevent apps and Siri from automatically using your information (e.g., your home address or your work address) to assist you.
