Steps

    Open Google Sheets on your Android. The Sheets icon looks like a green-and-white spreadsheet table. You can find it on your Apps menu.

    Tap the spreadsheet file you want to edit. Find the file you want to modify on the list of your saved sheets, and open it.

    Tap the icon on the top-right. This button is in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will open a drop-down menu.

    Tap Share & export on the menu. This will open a list of all your sharing options.

    Select the printer you want to use. Tap the Select a printer menu at the top of your screen, and select the printer you want to send your file to.
    • As an alternative, you can select Save as PDF here, and convert your spreadsheet file to a readable PDF file.

    Select your printer's paper size and copy number. You can select how many copies you want to print, and the size of your printing paper at the top of your screen.
    • Just tap the Copies or the Paper size menu below your printer's name to change these parameters.
